The Kentish Cobnut Recipe collection has been brought together by Potash Farm and comprises a select range of recipes using Kentish Cobnuts in starters, main courses, desserts, cakes, and biscuits.
The 22 recipes are easy to follow and each one is accompanied with photography, additional features include saving your favourites, striking off ingredients and steps as you work through, push notifications to let you know when the new Cobnut season has started, and a quick link to kentishcobnuts.com
The recipes have been hand picked by Pauline Gibson for Alexander Hunt, owner of Potash Farm. Pauline lives in St Marys Platt and for several years ran a small cookery school in the village with her business partner Jo McEachern. She is currently working in a "nut free" environment teaching 11-16 year olds the joys of healthy eating!
